Champion Horse Blankets offers the following Return/exchange Policy:

We have to be made aware of the intention of return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your products. 
A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returns. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customers.
Please return your merchandise in its original condition.
          
          All products must be returned clean and unused.

Please ask for the RMA (return material authorization) number for approved product return.
We only accept return by either Canada Post or US Post.  

For exchange products, customers have to pay for the shipping to and back of the product, also anything related to taxes to cross the boarder.
